I am addicted. Addicted to the adrenalin, the endorphins and the rush. I love the burning, breathlessness and pain. I feel empowered, wild and oddly enough the experience is very humanising. -

I am increasingly social and am trying to schedule in more and more, then realising that I have less and less time to play with. I know I need to stop taking on so much and back pedal, however I am finding this difficult as my mind tends to get excited and easily distracted when I am on the leaner side. -

I am getting the ITCH to spend. This always happens to me as I get leaner.. it seems that low bodyfat goes hand in hand with buying new things... My mind is constantly racing with new things that I could be buying… This prep I will restrain myself…. But new things are sooo pretty!
