Refund / Exchange

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return it for a refund or size exchange, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: You will need to submit a Return Request within 30 days of the original order date.

Step 2: Once we receive your return request, you will receive confirmation and instructions on how to return your items.

Returns Policy & Process

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request being approved, in unused condition with the item and all packaging in original condition with labels attached.

All items must be securely wrapped, with shipping label addressed to us, at your risk and cost.

The Sting exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend using registered post as Sting does not take responsibility for items not received via non-registered mail.

If we do not receive the items within the 14-day period, your return request will be cancelled and you will need to resubmit a new request.

We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

Customised Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of customised items unless they are found faulty after assessment by our Product Assessments team.

Please choose your customisation details carefully and retain your confirmation notice for future reference.

If Sting incorrectly customises your item contrary to your instructions, we will gladly replace it.

We will not accept returns of customised items if the customer changes their mind before, during, or after the customisation process.

Mouth & Groin Guards

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any Mouth & Groin Guards. Faulty items will be replaced by Sting Sports.

Colours

Colours shown on screens may vary slightly from physical goods due to monitor settings and image quality.

Faulty Items

Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team. If the item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Sting will replace or repair it and return it free of charge.

If deemed not faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return category.

If You Change Your Mind

We cannot accept items with removed tags, customised items, worn items (except for fitting), used, or washed items.

Change-of-mind returns only apply to items in resalable condition. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Sting will either exchange the item or refund the amount less original freight charges.

Incorrect Size

Redelivery fees are waived for size exchanges.

Incorrect Colour

If the colour you received is not what you purchased, Sting will cover re-delivery charges. Colours shown online are for illustrative purposes only.

Refunds on Shipping & Handling

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or you received a damaged item, we will refund shipping and handling charges. Proof of purchase may be required.

Warranty Policy

Sting Sports has supported the boxing community for over 20 years. Our products are designed for high-frequency, high-intensity use.

Sting Sports products include a manufacturing warranty covering structural integrity when used as intended and maintained properly. If your product has a major production fault or arrives damaged, Sting Sports will replace or refund the item unless:

• The product was not used for its intended purpose
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Misuse
• Incorrect installation or assembly
• Improper storage (moisture, direct sunlight)
• Poor maintenance
• Outside the warranty period
• Lack of proof of purchase

Unless otherwise stated, products have a 180-day manufacturing warranty from invoice date.

Customers are responsible for correct installation, maintenance, and ensuring all users understand proper handling. Regular inspections are recommended.

Maintenance

• Clean with a damp cloth using pH-neutral detergent and wipe dry
• Powder inside between uses
• Cold machine wash and drip dry inner gloves

Do Not

• Store when damp
• Expose to long periods of direct sunlight
• Strike against abrasive surfaces
