Custom Orders: All custom products are shipped directly from our factory in Pakistan and will be delivered to you in 2-3 weeks, as these are made specifically for your requirements. 

Order Processing

Most orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in 1-2 business days, excluding custom products.

Standard delivery within Australia

• Free delivery on orders $100 and over, except on heavy items.

• Heavy items include Punching bags, Uppercut Combination Bags, and Fixed Wall bags.

• Orders $99.99 and under can be delivered for a flat fee of $9.95 (excluding bulky, and heavy items)

• 4 - 7 business days for delivery to metro locations.

• 7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland, and Northern Territory.

Custom Shipping (WA / NT / TAS )

Shipping for this item will be via pallet. Deliveries for WA, NT and Tas and some other regional areas will require custom shipping charges so you not be able to checkout this product. Please contact customerservice@stingsports.com or call 03 9219 7800 for a shipping quote. For other states, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER JUST PRIOR TO THE POINT OF PAYMENT IN THE SHOPPING PROCESS.

For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery. Missed deliveries will require a collection by you from the delivery company’s depot or paying a re-delivery fee directly to the delivering company. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.

International deliveries Shipping to overseas destinations vary country to country and these at times are out of our control. We have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country of residence. You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country of residence. We suggest you contact your local customs and quarantine department to understand what laws and procedures you need to follow, and any applicable charges you need to pay to receive these goods. Freight charges to your country will be quoted on a individual basis, simply go through the check-out process to order your desired Sting merchandise. Please make sure your phone number and email address is up to date on your account details before you place your order, so we may easily contact you. You will be contacted via email prior to your credit card being debited with your shipping quote and estimated time frame to be accepted, should you wish to proceed at this point your credit card will be debited for the quoted merchandise and freight amount. All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes which are imposed by your country.

Next Business Day Shipping:  If this shipping option is chosen, due to reliance on third party carriers, StingSports can not guarantee that delivery will be next day delivery.
