Custom Orders

Custom products are made to your specifications and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.

Estimated delivery: 6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days (excluding custom-made products).

Australia Shipping

Standard Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over $100 (excluding bulky and heavy items).
• Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping fee of $9.95 (excluding bulky and heavy items).
• Metro areas: 4–7 business days.
• Regional areas (including WA, QLD and NT): 7–10 business days.
• Heavy items include Punching bags, Uppercut Combination Bags, and Fixed Wall bags.

 

Custom Shipping (QLD/WA / NT / TAS )

Shipping for this item will be via pallet. Deliveries for SA, WA, NT, QLD and TAS and some other regional areas will require custom shipping charges so you not be able to checkout this product. Please contact customerservice@stingsports.com or call 03 9219 7800 for a shipping quote. For other states, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER JUST PRIOR TO THE POINT OF PAYMENT IN THE SHOPPING PROCESS.

Delivery Information

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is finalised.

For security, all deliveries require a signature on arrival.

If no one is available to accept the delivery:

• The parcel may be taken to the carrier's depot for collection, or
• A re-delivery fee may apply, payable directly to the freight carrier.

Please note:

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
• We recommend shipping to a residential or business address where someone is available during business hours.

We ship internationally to many destinations.

International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are quoted individually during the checkout process.

Before your order is processed, we'll email you with:

• Your shipping quotation.
• Estimated delivery timeframe.

Once approved, your payment will be processed.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

As import regulations differ between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order to understand any applicable duties or restrictions.

Where available, Next Business Day Shipping relies on third-party courier networks.

While every effort is made to meet these delivery timeframes, Sting Sports cannot guarantee next business day delivery.
