We accept payment by via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and AfterPay.

STING SPORTS cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. STING SPORTS cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.

If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to STING SPORTS. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.

Where possible we will accommodate your request on review. If your order has been customised already, as per our returns policy we will not be able to adjust it.
Due to the popularity and hand crafted element to our top range items, some products often sell out. Should additional product become available we will re-display this on the website.
You can also select to be notified when this product becomes available to purchase by subscribing to back in stock notification.
We cover all import duties on Australian orders. For other countries, customs or import charges will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.
