Are there any charges for return?

  • You will need to cover the costs of returning an item if it isn't faulty. 

  • Shipping charges aren't refundable.


How soon will I get my exchange/refund?

  • - Once your returned item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

  • - If you requested an exchange, the new item/s will be dispatched within 24 hours.

  • - For refunds, please allow up to 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.


How do I return?

  • - You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable?

You can return your item/s within 30 days of the original dispatch date

  • - They must be in original condition

  • - For clothing, unwashed and unworn

  • - In the original packaging
