You will need to cover the costs of returning an item if it isn't faulty.

Shipping charges aren't refundable.
How soon will I get my exchange/refund?

- Once your returned item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

- If you requested an exchange, the new item/s will be dispatched within 24 hours.

- For refunds, please allow up to 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.
